Common questions

What patients ask us most

Is spinal decompression therapy painful?
No. Spinal decompression is a gentle, traction-based treatment. Most patients find it relaxing and stay comfortable for the entire 30-minute session.
Do you treat auto accident and personal injury cases?
Yes. We provide specialized treatment and rehabilitation for whiplash, neck and shoulder pain and seat-belt injuries, and we bill personal injury claims.
Will my insurance cover treatment?
We accept and bill most major medical plans, Medicare, personal injury claims, flex spending and self-pay. Contact us and we will verify your coverage before you begin.
How many visits will I need?
Every patient receives a customized plan. Many decompression programs run one to three months across roughly 10 to 24 visits, more frequent at first and tapering as the spine stabilizes. Results vary by condition.
Can you help me avoid surgery?
Many patients come to us after being told they need surgery or a joint replacement. Our non-surgical programs have helped hundreds of people reduce pain and restore function without drugs or surgery, and we are glad to offer a second opinion.
Where are you located?
We are at 107 Cameron Drive in south Fort Collins, centrally located for patients from Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Estes Park.
